For our key service lines, such as Project Value Review, we have our own way if doing things that can be adapted to suit your circumstances. In this way, you benefit from the rigour of a detailed methodology combined with the specific relevance of a tailored approach.

Where a project involves working closely with IT or other vendors we never forget who our client is - you. Our President

Alastair Mills-McEwan has held senior positions with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young Management Consultants and a smaller, niche business and technology consultancy. Alastair can bring over 27 years experience to bear on client problems and has a reputation for practicality, objectivity and integrity. Memberships include the British Computer Society and the Institute of Management Consultancy. He is also a visiting speaker for the University of Ottawa's Executive MBA Program and a member of the Advisory Board for Ottawa-based Career Coaching International.
